Delightful house with panoramic sea views located 50 mt. away from the famous Piazza del Campanile in the heart of historic centre of Polignano a Mare.

With typical Puglia’n tuff walls and beautiful barrel vaults, the house has been completely renovated in an elegant and considered manner. It is fully and comfortably furnished and perfect a romantic stay.

The flat is on two floors plus double terrace with sea views:
First floor has a nice living room with fireplace, sofa, flatscreen TV and internet WiFi.
There is also a little balcony with street view.
There is the very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine. Also on the same floor there is the toilet with a nice shower box with water massage.

One the second floor we have the matrimonial bedroom with TV and phone, and authentic “massello” wood (solid wood) furniture.

On the third floor there are the two terraces. The first one, little but really panoramic with view of “Lama Monachile”. The second one, larger and covered has external furniture and on-wall barbecue.

Total surface is approximate 50 sqm plus 40 sqm of terraces.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.

Final cleaning mandatory EUR 60.
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.
Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.
Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
Bed linen and bath towels available on request - EUR 10 per person.
Heating - if used - is billed at EUR 35 per week.
