Villa Angela is located in the heart of the world wide famous Valle d'Itria between the wonderful towns of Locorotondo, Alberobello and Ostuni.
This property has been totally restored saving the original features, stones, woods, "chianche"... and is located in a very panoramic position on a hill with beautiful view over the countryside and hills of Valle d'Itria to Martina Franca and Locorotondo. The Villa is surrounded by ancient olive trees and also fruit trees.

The complex is made up of 3 large bedrooms and two toilets. Two of those bedrooms are located in the large Casale and one is in the triple coned trulli.
Every bedroom is connected with the large living-dining room with fireplace and TV set.

This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in these comfortable and traditional rooms. Guests have exclusive use of the private pool and outside double barbecue.

On the outside patio guests can enjoy the beautiful views over the extensive garden and land surrounding the trulli and the evocative olive trees.
The large swimming pool 12x6 mt is also equipped by a little gazebo.

We suggest this property for one or two families with children that would like to enjoy a typical trullo experience in true Puglian style.

RATES DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS (UP TO 7, UP TO 9)
Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.

Final cleaning mandatory EUR 75/100.
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.
Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.
Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
Bed linen and bath towels available on request - EUR 10 per person.
Heating - if used - is billed at EUR 50 per week.
