The house offers a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with oven, microwave, water boiler.
On the first floor there is a large living room/bedroom with double sofabed (air conditioning),library tv stand and private bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and another bathroom with shower.

On the last floor there is a small equipped laundry room and a breakfast bar where one can prepare breakfast or snacks breakfast and sit out on the terrace with its wonderful sea view.
This house with stunning views is available for short breaks, longer holidays or business events. Situated on the coast in the centre of the glorious historic town “MONOPOLI” with its impressive baroque churches and Romanesque structures.
Close by there are plenty of restaurants, luxury bars, café’s serving traditional dishes of the region.
“Entertainment”: traditional religious and music festivals are celebrated around the town and are always spectacular.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.

Final cleaning mandatory EUR 50.
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.
Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.
Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
Bed linen and bath towels included.
