Villa Laura is now available with private pool (8x4 mt)! This is a wonderful holiday house with a trulli annex.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, sea views and , a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

Sleeping: The villa has 2 double bedrooms, one ensuite. 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located and also two extra beds when necessary. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

General: The villa has 1 bathroom and 1 WC.

Entertainment: The villa has the music system.

Eating & living: There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a washing machine and clothes dryer.

On site: The villa is a perfect location for those who enjoy walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.
No pets.
Final cleaning included.
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.
Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.
Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
Bed linen and bath towels are included.
Heating - if used - is billed at EUR 45 per week.
