Querciolo complex is located in the famous Valle d'Itria between the much vauntedmost Ostuni and Cisternino valleys.
It has been totally restored using typical and original features (stones, woods, "chianche"...). Il Querciolo stands in a very panoramic position on a hill with beautiful views over the countryside and hills of Cisternino stretching to Martina Franca and Ceglie'. Is surrounded by dozens of ancient olive trees and fruit trees in traditional Puglian style.

The Complex consists two properties (rented together):

CV034 - Il Querciolo complex (up to 8 guests)
The complex is composed of two different houses with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living room with fireplace. Can easily accommodate up to 8 guests in very comfortable and traditional rooms.
Guests are free to use the private pool and outside double barbecue.

Il Trulleto (1-4 guests)
Typical Trullo complex of 90 sqm with two delicious bedrooms (one with fireplace), a large living room with fireplace and typical kitchen, and one toilet with shower.
From the living room guests can relax with stunning views over the nearby hills.

Il Casale (1-4 guests)
The Casale of about 90 sqm has a large living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner, two large bedrooms (one is twin) and one bathroom with shower.
From the outside patio people can enjoy the beautiful views over 2000sqm of land around the property and its centenary olive trees.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The owner stays in a separate en-suite room, with different access and area, as he to take care of horses, one dog, the pool's daily maintenance and also the big garden area

- The use of swimming pool area is strictly allowed only to the house guests.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.
No pets.
Final cleaning mandatory EUR 100.
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.
Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.
Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
Bed linen and bath towels available on request - EUR 10 per person.
Heating - if used - is billed at EUR 80 per week.
