Wonderful Trulli building in Alberobello country.
Trulli are composed of one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with a double sofabed. The external area is well equipped with outdoor furniture. The swimming pool will ensure a relaxing, quiet holiday!

Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.

Alberobello literally means 'beautiful tree' and this is where many of the distinctive 'trulli': Whitewashed cones made of stones, at the top there is a decoration that has some rebellious or magical meaning. The famous white beehive shaped houses of Puglia have come to symbolise the region. In Alberobello there are over a thousand of them.
Their shape is, in part, due to the economic conditions: at the time it was forbidden to build without the permission of the king Ferdinand I of Aragon, he declared that peasants were not allowed to build permanent homes. Since the stones had no cement, in theory they could be taken apart and moved.

What to see

- The historical center with the especially typical quarters called "Aia Piccola" and “Monti”, wholly composed of "trulli" united to groups and lined up along precipitous and circuitous lanes that climb the hill.

- Sant'Antonio church, built in 1926 in the form of a trullo.

- The Trullo sovrano, the only one with two floors, built in the 18th century locates in a small square behind the Mother Church.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.

Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.

Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
